On top of that, he's an even better person! My first experience with Eric was to purchase a home in AZ, as a resident of another state. Eric Brown is an outstanding realtor who handled the sale of our house in Scottsdale. As out of state owners we particularly appreciated his management of the prepping of our house prior to listing and his meticulous attention to detail. I hired EB to list and sell my west side condo and it closed yesterday. Got our price and in the end, all went well. But I want to mention to everyone what a fantastic job EB did for me. To say he earned his commission is an understatement. Along the course of our closing (a month after the original date due 100% to lender-related issues), EB did everything. Including physical labor at the place. Painting, concrete repair, purchasing and then hanging curtains and drapes, helping me pick the new flooring (colors and product), bringing the ground cover rocks to the property in his trailer, and installing the rocks, and on and on and on. So many meetings at Home Depot. The list of things that he did beyond a broker’s responsibility is endless I never knew a broker would get so hands on with everything. Either EB knew I was out of my league trying to do all this stuff, or he simply wanted to help. He acted more like a business partner than the broker. Bottom line…..I recommend EB wholeheartedly to all of you if you need an agent to sell a home. He will not disappoint you.
